Wii are boxing!!

I had a bunch of cute pictures of Malia and her cousins, Parker and Abbie, boxing on the Wii. They look pretty intense, huh?? It was so much fun to watch them and they had a great time together. We miss you guys!

Malia learns to whistle!

Malia has been wondering for a long time how old she has to be in order to whistle. I just kept showing her what to do and told her that she just has to keep practicing. She would ask me, "Mom, Did you know that Abbie Cobb can whistle?" Just keep practicing, I would tell her. Well, today was the day! She puckered her lips and a little whistle came out! I don't think I have ever seen so excited in her whole life. It was great!!

Happy Birthday Brinley!

I can’t believe that you are 1! We had a great time celebrating your birthday and we are so happy that you are part of our family. We celebrated your birthday in St. George about 10 days before your real birthday, but you knew just what you were doing with the cake. You loved every minute of it. I, on the other hand was having a panic attack. On your actual birthday, we had cake and just celebrated as a family. WE LOVE YOU BRIN!!

SNOW GIRLS!

We have had quite a lot of snow at our house and Malia and I thought it would be fun to go out and sled. Brin wasn’t really sure what all the fuss was about, but she had fun when I was running around the backyard pulling her on the sled. ( It was a heck of a workout!) Malia made her first snowman, which I later found out was a snowGIRL!!! What a great day!

Merry Christmas!

We had a great Christmas this year and we were so happy to be spending it with family. We spent Christmas eve and a little of Christmas morning with my fam, we then headed up to Cedar mountain to the Ginocchio's cabin for the remainder of the day and that night. Malia got everything she asked for for Christmas (except for a cell phone) but she is pretty sure that Santa will bring that next year. Brinley really had no clue what was going on, but tearing paper is right up her alley, so it was all good for her. This is my first post, so you're gonna have to hang with me 'till I get this thing going.
